Shirt Order Terms

Shirts and price

Year 9 and Year 10 MaddHatter Productions T-shirts cost $50 each. The price is the same for Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL, and XXXL. The checkout total is $50 per shirt, with no additional sales tax or pickup charge added.

Payment

Pay through Zelle to info.maddhatter@gmail.com. Confirm that the recipient is MaddHatter Productions and include your order number in the payment memo.

Placing an order does not send a Zelle payment. Orders remain on hold until MaddHatter Productions checks and confirms payment. The website does not automatically verify bank payments.

Production and pickup

Shirts are made after ordering and can take up to four weeks. Choose your design and size carefully and check your order details before submitting.

Delivery is pickup at MaddHatter shows, arranged with MaddHatter Productions. Shipping is not offered through this checkout. MaddHatter Productions will contact you to arrange pickup when your shirt is ready.

Damaged shirts

Damaged shirts will be remade. Contact info.maddhatter@gmail.com with your order number and details of the damage so MaddHatter Productions can arrange the remake.

Order questions

For questions or requests about an order, email info.maddhatter@gmail.com and include your order number. Contact MaddHatter Productions directly about requested changes before assuming that an order has been changed.
